By May we shift to defensible space priority work and pre-inspection cleanups. Summer is reserved for emergencies and maintenance visits where conditions allow.

Bay Area work runs higher than valley work because of slope, access, fuel loads, and disposal logistics. Residential defensible space packages typically run $2,000 to $9,000. Estate properties and larger parcels are quoted individually. We provide written estimates with itemized scopes after on-site walks.
